In line with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Package Tour Contracts Regulation dated 14.01.2015; Information was provided before the trip, a brochure was given before the contract was established, and this contract was drawn up with the following conditions.

1-) PARTIES

This sales contract has been concluded between BİSAN TASIMACILIK LİMTED ŞTİ.   (hereinafter referred to as AGENCY in this contract) on one side and the CONSUMER on the other side, regarding domestic or international trips. AGENCY and CONSUMER are each individually referred to as 'Party' and together as 'Parties'.

The provisions of this contract are in line with the regulations of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts dated 14.01.2015, natural and legal person consumers acting for commercial and non-professional purposes and those for whom a package tour is purchased or promised to be purchased on behalf or in favor of them. A package tour contract is valid for the transferred participant. In this contract, article 1.2. It is obliged and responsible to inform the participant about the contents of the brochure and the preliminary information given to it within the scope of the relevant legal legislation, that it is a party on behalf of the participants mentioned in the abovementioned articles and that it represents and binds them. The consumer who does not fulfill his obligation to provide information is responsible for this. Accordingly, the brochure given to the consumer is deemed to have been given to the participant.

1.2) CONSUMER, himself and 1.2. It is responsible for providing the information of the persons specified in the document correctly and processing it into the contract. AGENCY is not responsible for the consequences that may occur due to incorrect reporting of identity and contact information (e.g. airline fines, visa problems, etc.).

1.3) CONSUMER 1.2. He accepts, declares and undertakes that he and the participant will be reached through the contact information specified in the article.

1.4) The parties accept the addresses shown as their legal notification addresses. The parties agree to notify the other party of changes in addresses in writing, otherwise notifications to these addresses will be deemed valid.

2-) SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is; It is about determining the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Package Tour Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of the CONSUMER's service belonging to the AGENCY, whose qualifications, sales price are stated and whose information is included in the brochure.

3-) QUALIFICATIONS AND DURATION OF THE PACKAGE TOUR:

3.1) PACKAGE TOUR QUALIFICATIONS

STOP PLACES and ROUTE ACCOMMODATION DATES, TYPE, PLACE, DURATION, QUALITY, CLASS MEAL PLAN Hostel availability is included in the promotional brochure for each trip.

Full Board: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Half Board: One of breakfast, lunch or dinner

Bed and Breakfast: Breakfast

– The CONSUMER comes to the place where the package tour will start, with his own means. The CONSUMER's purchase of additional services from the AGENCY other than the services included in the package tour does not include this service in the package tour.

-TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION MEANS, CLASS OF THE TRAVEL, DEPARTURE AND RETURN DATES, TIMES, LOCATIONS IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC PLACE ALLOCATION RELATED TO THE TRAVEL, SEARCH INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PLACE ACCOMMODATION PLACE, DATE AND TRANSFER INFORMATION PASSPORT GENERAL INFORMATION VISA CONDITIONS AGE AND HEALTH CONDITIONS TOUR INFORMATION ON IST GUIDANCE SERVICES IS MANDATORY INFORMATION ABOUT INSURANCE AND OTHER INSURANCE

3.2) The information specified in this article and contained in the brochure can only be changed with the express consent of the parties after the contract is established.

4-) CONTRACT PRICE

4.1) The contract price is …………… TL (VAT included) equivalent to ………..$/€. This price includes all services included in the price of the tour in the brochures attached to this contract. Tours and services other than these are subject to extra fees. However, no compensation and/or refund can be requested from the agency due to the inability to provide extra tours.

4.2) Price changes related to duties, fees and similar public payments and fees that must be collected from tourists according to the legislation of the destination countries, such as port and airport landing taxes, are reflected to the CONSUMER.

4.3) If the price of this contract is determined in foreign currency, the rate of www.dtstur.com website will be taken as basis for sales. When the collection of the tour fee specified in the contract as TL in foreign currency is concluded, any TL price changes that may occur due to exchange rate differences will be reflected to the CONSUMER. In case of default in payment, a monthly interest rate of 10% will be applied and in case of an exchange rate difference, the collection of the said fee will also be requested.
